• A link to show only emails with receipts that are unprocessed

What actually happens

• Client goes to the tag tree
• Clicks the Financial/Receipt tag
• Ignores the receipts that are processed or old

Objective

• Client has filters to locate receipts and tag them Financial/Receipt
• Once the receipt is processed, client tags the respective email with Tags/Imported
• Emails with receipts before Jan 1 of this year (2024) can be ignored

Assessment

• The filter label:financial-receipt gets all emails that are tagged as receipts
• The operator AND NOT MUST be capitalized
• The filter AND NOT label:tags-imported removes processed receipts
• The operator AND MUST be capitalized
• The after: filter is inclusive (i.e. anything on this date or after)
• The filter AND after:2024/01/01 removes all receipts before this year
