Finally achieved a 12 year ambition and was promoted to Disaster Action Team Service Associate! (Clarification: This is a volunteer position, I still work in the Blood Services department of the Red Cross)
This means I can now take the lead in a Level 1 disaster (ex: single family fire).
This picture shows me picking up the supplies needed for such a response.
